The Bowsmith SL Series is a single outlet drip emitter with a 1/2" FPT inlet and a barbed elbow outlet. The Bowsmith NonStop Emitter's unique design was patented in 1974. It has been proven, over and over, Bowsmith's unique non-stop continuous self-cleaning action, they call the Pressure Cascade Principle, really works. The design is based on a very simple principle found in no other drip emitter. The Pressure Cascade Principle allows the emitter to tolerate large amounts of suspended solids in irrigation water, without clogging and without the need for fine-mesh filter screens. Even under conditions that would quickly clog ordinary emitters.
